(07/01/2006) Brandon Sigrist writes, "When I'm not writing, I help design buildings for a Twin Cities-based architectural firm that specializes in environmental educational facilities—park shelters, visitor centers, and the like. All in all, not a bad gig. I'm a member of a local writers' group called the Ministry of Speculation, and I have one other piece of writing that will be published this year. It won the last quarter of the Writers of the Future Contest."
