Dave Roszelle was "born and raised in Omaha. Thrilled the relatives with a drawing now and then. Won a few awards in school. Didn't really get into what I'm doing now until my mid-twenties and in desperate need of post-adolescent therapy. It helped calm my mind (what was left of it). Starting out pasting scraps of colored paper to a board, I eventually discovered the air brush, and my technique just evolved from there. There's no computer graphics involved. Just a lot of tedious (mind-calming) drawing, inking, and coloring (still trying to stay in the lines)." His work was recently showcased at Medusa Project, an Omaha, Nebraska venue for "alternative" art.
