Steven E. Burt lives in East Hampton, Connecticut. His work includes six nonfiction books, three story collections, and 500 shorter pieces in scores of magazines, including Writer's Digest, Reader's Digest, Down East, and Mature Living. He is a member of the Horror Writers of America (HWA); his supernatural fiction appears in the USA, Canada, Scotland, England, and Ireland, in Black Petals, Threshold, Rictus, In Vein, All Hallows, Heliocentric Net, The ThirdAlternative, Psychotrope, Goddess of the Bay, Cassandra's Crypt, Nothing is Sacred New Dawn Fades, Black Rose, Outer Darkness, The Cooperative, Beyond the Moon, Frightmares, and the acclaimed Ash-Tree anthology, Midnight Never Comes. Four of his stories have received Honorable Mention in Year's Best Fantasy and Horror (Ellen Datlow & Terni Windling, eds.). |
