Fred Schepartz lives in Madison, Wisconsin. "Bubby's
favorite Demon" continues a long-standing relationship between
Fred and TOTU. TOTU readers may remember Fred's
comic vampire story "These Guys Really Suck" (#21). One
of the featured vampires, Al, is the title character in Fred's
novel, Vampire Cabbie, which has just been released as an
ebook from Literary Road, with a paperback version due
out in October. A version of "Bubbie's Favorite Demon" is
included in Fred's in-progress novel, Guitar God, which he
describes as War for the Oaks meets Portnoy's Complaint.
Fred, being ever shameless and ain't too proud to beg, wants
it known that he currently does not have representation. Any
agents, editors, or publishers may feel free to contact Fred at
fmschep@charter.net. Fred also is the publisher and editor of
Mobius: The Journal of Social Change, a leftist magazine of
prose, poetry, and commentary (www.mobiusmagazine.com).
